Multi-Jet-Fusion (MJF)

MJF or Multi Jet Fusion is a process designed by HP where nylon powder is fused together by a process of a liquid binder and heat. These parts are isotropic meaning they have the same strength characteristics no matter the printing orientation.

Lead Time

  • Standard 6-10 Days
  • Expedited 2-3 Days


Technology Specifications

  • Build volume of up to 330 x 190 x 245 mm (12.99 × 7.48 × 9.64 in).
  • The accuracy for our MJF printers is +-0.3 mm (+-0.0118 in) on the X, Y, and Z axis.
  • The recommended minimum wall thickness is 0.5 mm (0.0196 in).
  • The minimum feature size is 0.25 mm (0.0098 in).
  • Layer thicknesses are 0.08 mm (0.0031 in).

-This material is flexible allowing it not to break under almost any conditions. Great models that you don’t want to break.


About ABS

-This material is tough which makes it more durable than PLA. Great for functional applications.


About Filled

-These materials have a metal or wood filler in them. Giving them the appearance of the filler itself.


About PETG

-This material is similar to ABS however can take even more abuse, however, it loses some stiffness. Great for functional applications.


About Specialty

-These materials could be something special you have in mind such as a glow in the dark filament.
